Privacy
1. What data we keep
For purchases: the name, email and reservation (date, time and service). For sellers: name, email, hashed password and their brand information.
2. Video and audio
Calls are peer to peer: audio and video travel directly between the participants and are not stored on our servers. We do not record or retain sessions.
3. Watermark
The watermark shown in each call uses the buyer's email and a reservation code. Its only purpose is protecting the seller's content.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Tilopay. We do not store card data: the processor handles the transaction and we only record the reservation status.
5. Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time. Past reservations are kept for billing and leak-report purposes.
