Terms and protection
1. Recording is prohibited
Recording, photographing, rebroadcasting or distributing by any means the content of video calls made on the platform is prohibited. Each session shows a watermark with the buyer's email and a unique code, so any capture can be traced back to the reservation that originated it.
2. Technical limits
Operating systems do not allow any application to block screen recording. Nucleo Calls' protection is based on traceability: watermark visible during the whole session, live-only access, limited time window and automatic cut if the person leaves the application.
3. Leak reports
Any participant can report a leak together with the associated reservation. The platform reviews the reports and may suspend the account of the buyer or seller involved, in addition to helping with identification before the authorities.
4. Sales and fees
The seller sets the price of their video calls. The platform keeps a 2.5% fee per sale. Payments are processed in USD or CRC according to the seller's configuration.
5. Use of sessions
Video calls are strictly for personal use between the parties. Any use that violates the law is prohibited, including illegal content, harassment or reselling access.
